Are Dried & Preserved Flowers still a thing?
In Cairns, Far North Queensland it seems they still are!
Grace & Daniel were introduced to me via the incredible Bec at Maid of Honour Wedding Planning services. They found Bec just 3 weeks out from their wedding date after receiving the devastating news that their original venue did not carry out a Covid Safe Plan and therefore needed assistance in a full re-plan of their wedding.
My mind boggles and my heart explodes how suppliers of Far North Queensland came together with a can-do, ‘no problem at all’, attitude to give Grace & Daniel the day of their dreams! Their flowers were organised within two emails.
I was so nervous yet excited to deliver the bouquet personally and meet Grace on the morning of the wedding as we hadn’t spoken on the phone or even directly via messages.
Premade florals for the arch were made in studio with a handful of Roses and Foliage added on site to create the most enchanting arch amidst the Cairns Botanic Gardens.
Grace’s bouquet was made of Roses, Lisianthus, Freesia and start of season Ranuculus in a loose design with a mix of lush green Foliages.
